You may request cancellation of your subscription or digital service within 7 days of purchase.
The deadline for requesting a cancellation or refund is within 7 days from the date of purchase of the digital service or subscription.

Refund requests are only applicable for eligible digital subscriptions or services purchased through GoTok.

Refunds may not be provided for:
1. Customized or personalized digital services.
2. Fully used subscription plans or completed services.
3. Violations of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Promotional or discounted subscription plans unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our refund eligibility conditions.
Promotional, discounted, or limited-time subscription plans may not be eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
